Status Update
SBS has been active in engaging businesses in Jamaica including door-to-door and tabling. Since Council's approval of the rezoning, SBS has done nearly 10 outreach events in Jamaica reaching over 200 people. Our outreach team shares information on workforce development, neighborhood development services and supporting entrepreneurship and M/WBEs.

SBS will ensure local elected officials and community-based development organizations are aware of SBS programs, grants, and services across the city. SBS commits to working with local partners to increase awareness and outreach of the City's small business, workforce development, and neighborhood development services, including for but not limited to supporting entrepreneurship and M/WBE businesses.
