The Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning (JCAL) manages a City-owned NYC Landmark Building (formerly the Queens Register of Titles and Deeds Building) located on 161-04 Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens that is in need of elevator renovations for two systems. This project would install ADA accessible elevator cabs and associated mechanical equipment in the front lobby system while maintaining existing historic character to the extent possible, and demolish, renovate and modernize the rear elevator system.
