South Jamaica Houses completed and other projects in design or in construction.

DEP will continue to work with other operating agencies like Parks, NYCHA, and DOT to invest in targeted stormwater management projects in chronic flooding locations. DEP recently completed the City’s first cloudburst project at the South Jamaica Houses. Several other projects are planned or in design, including for Rufus King Park, Archie Spigner Park, Detective Keith Williams Park, and in the streets around St. Albans.
