Status Update
The City will redevelop six vacant City properties into approximately 83 affordable, rental units across four buildings on Scattered Site Cluster 2 project, Infinite Horizons. The project is currently in pre-development and HPD is working with the development team to finalize design and units counts prior to its pending project closing.

The Scattered Site Cluster 2 project, Infinite Horizons, will include approximately 83 affordable homes, one superintendent unit, and ground floor community facility uses. The 100% affordable project will serve households with a range of incomes earning up to 130% AMI, with at least 50% of units targeted for Extremely and Very Low-Income families.
